So Cheesy...
When I was in Sheffield, we used to cook at Pastor's house to cater for the cell group members and also some new invited guest. Normally Pastor will prepare all the necessary ingredients like meat, vegetables, spices etc. and we were assigned to prepare dinner for the mass.
I enjoy cooking at Pastor's house, especially the part where you let out your imagination and creativity to created new dish (edible and tasty ones of course) using the available ingredients provided.
After a tired day at work, I came back home, took a shower, and started preparing my dinner. My cousin already went to hometown as Chinese New Year nears. He left his minced pork in the fridge, so I 'borrowed' some. With ingredients like cheese, mince pork, leftover rice, bolognese sauce, I decided to do a Cheese Baked Rice, similar to the ones we have in Kim Gary.
And yes, I finally had a chance to use my new Oven!
Preparation is simple.
1. Season mince pork with sesame oil, pepper, soya sauce and sugar
2. Mix it well
3. Fry the pork on a pan until cook
4. Add in bolognese sauce
5. Simmer until boil
6. Place leftover rice on a ceramic bowl
7. Pour the cooked bolognese on top of the rice
8. Cover shredded Cheddar Cheese on top
9. Set oven to baking mode
10. Place the bowl into the Oven for 10minutes at 200deg C.
11. Ready to serve when Cheese is golden brown
and Wala! A delicious yet easy to make cheesy bake rice. I must admit the cheddar cheese is fattening but who cares. It taste really really good!
Like to take this opportunity to wish all readers a
Happy & Blessed Chinese 牛 Year!

Trip to the Land of the Rising Sun - part 2
Our first transit at Kansai Airport before going off to Hokkaido.
Kansai Airport is built on a man made island near Osaka. It was so big that the surrounding sea wasn’t visible from where we were there.
The next flight will be 4 hours later, and we are hungry and tired.
We try to stay awake by taking a breeze outside. Temperature is around 5 degrees C.
Vending machines are all over the place. Having a can of hot coffee in this kind of weather is so refreshing.
And always think before you throw.
Crabs will cut your fingers if you don’t pay attention…
Variety of foods can be found in the airport.
The very famous tori yaki, very well presented and tasty too.
This one is with cheese.
Sushi
Ramen
Japanese Curry Rice
And so on…
My cousin was so full until he slept while holding the cup…
To be continue…

2008 in Review
Haven’t been updating my blog for some time as I was busy moving houses and celebrating Christmas + New Year.
Indeed, a lot has happened in the year 2008. I want to list down 10 of the most memorable things I’ve done. As memorable as it may seem, all the glory goes to God who has blessed me so much in 2008.
Here is the top ten lists by chronology:
10. Voting for the first time in Pilihan Raya.
The first vote that I cast makes an impact, so it’s worth while flying all the way from KL to Penang to vote. My dad, after voting for 30 years, is the happiest person in the world. Well, smile is free!
9. CNY at church
Did my first video with voice over. Now I know how hard voice acting is…
8. Completed my Gundam Exia
After sitting on the shelf for almost 6 months (not me, It!), I finally had the time to build it. Hooray! Then I bought 2 more and who knows when I had the time to build them…
7. My new job as an Angkasawan
Nothing to do with space exploration, just plain old normal job as a Mechanical Engineer. For the first time I have my own cubical, internet connection, new pc, and a pantry with free Milo!
6. Easter at church
Had a long depression, but Holy Spirit touched my heart, healed me, and encouraged me to move forward. Hallelujah!
5. Become active in Facebook
Who says Facebook is user friendly? It took me 2 years to figure it out =p
4. Trip to Vietnam
I want more beef noodle. The Vietnam House near my office just nowhere to compare with it…
3. My Video Blog
Most blog hits of the year since 2007…
2. Trip to Hokkaido + Tokyo
I can’t believe I used up all my foreign currency and have to rely on credit card… First ever in so many trips… Anyhow, its one of the best trip I had so far.
1. New condo
New house, new responsibility. Thank you mum and dad for supporting, and may God bless this house and uphold it upon His glory.
Amen!
Wish all of you a Happy Belated New Year 2009.
